Naturally we hope that you will not have any accidents or misfortune, but if you do and wish to make a claim under your insurance, please contact the Vasek Insurance claims department as soon as possible. This can be by telephone, fax, email or online.

Our aim is always to deal with your claim as quickly and as efficiently as possible, so you can rest assured that we will be doing everything possible to get your premises back to its original condition as fast as we can.

You can complete an online claim form by clicking here or alternatively you can download a claim form for completion by clicking here.

If you complete a paper copy of the claim form you will need to return this to us fully completed along with at least two separate independent estimates or quotations for any damage or items you are claiming.

For higher value claims we may need to arrange an inspection of your premises by an independent loss adjuster this will be at our expense and will be arranged straight away for you.

Please remember that if the claim is for loss, theft or any malicious act you must report the incident to the police within 24 hours of the date you became aware of the incident and then obtain a crime reference number.
